President:

Watching for any real or perceived threat to the sim or club
Assure requests by the Exec Committee to members are carried out expeditiously
Reporting incidents to President / VP
Issuing warnings and update Ejections and Warnings sheet
Ejecting and banning from sim and groups
Keeping order at club events
Managing Hang Around and Prospect status
Manage prim allowances
Daily prim checks and returns of lost and left items
Daily sim checks for any unplanned changes
Outreach and marketing
Chaplain:
Assist all officers
Cuts and patches
New Prospect Folder
Special event builds
Contests (bowling, races, shooting, etc)
On sim activities (party themes, celebrations, weddings, etc)
Spiritual needs

Treasurer:
Assist all officers
Club and Sim finances

Meeting minutes

Recruiter:
Interview potential new people and existing supporters for hang around status.
Assess probability new applicant will be successful in getting patched
Explain and demo the trials
Follow progress of prospects and communicate with mentors.
Assure hang Arounds are ready to become prospects.
Assure prospects are ready to be patched.
Setup club marketing at various places.
Assure club TP board is up to date
Assure hang Arounds have read the club bylaws and prospecting page.
Attend MC rallies, other riding sims looking for new people.
Follow up with those that submitted applications.
Never recruit someone already in a MC.
Advertise ISMC in MC magazines and blogs.
RC:
Rideouts, plan and schedule a month in advance
Sailing outings
Flying outings
Off sim activities (sailing, flying, concerts, dances, etc)
Outreach and marketing
Mentor:
Expedite prospect trials
Assist / help / teach prospects
Supervise and teach new mentors
Prospect dispute resolutions
