Sister Rose is your new SAA

Firstly, thank you all for your kind words and continued support during my role changes in ISMC.

As your new Sergeant at Arms, I bring experience and my heart to a very difficult position….. that of a enforcer, but also and most importantly, that of your sister and family member whom truly loves each and every one of you.

We are a family first and foremost and must be governed with love and understanding for each of you while always maintaining the common good for all of our sisters.

We have had some difficult times balancing each of your rightful needs for self expression and the rules set forth in our Charter. As your SAA, I assure you any future concerns and needs will be met with understanding, love and compassion.

As with any club, we need a set of rules to maintain our foundation and assure we don't slowly morph into something completely different. This is where our Charter comes in, defining the rules and providing a central location for referring to them.

Although these rules have been in place since the formation of our club, some changes and clarifications have been added and will continue to be as the need arises. We are open to suggestions and want your input because we are family and communication is paramount for our happiness.

Please, don’t hesitate to contact me with any concerns or problems you might have. I promise to do everything in my power to help resolve them. We are all here in SL for fun and happiness, lets always remember that. Drama and all the negatives that accompany it needs to stay where it belongs, in RL.

I look forward with great expectations that our club will continue to grow and bring many exciting new things in the coming months. With Crystal and Mason at the helm, our dedicated hard working officers and each of you, our family of sisters, our future shines brightly.
